I think that T.LeClerc is one understated makeup brand because always, the new collections say inimitable makeup. After Paris l’Été earlier this year, T. LeClerc presents chapter 2. "The sky is awash in wintry colours, the first snowflakes fall on the Eiffel Tower. Elegant and timeless like Parisian women, the great tower watches over the City of Light. On the banks of the Seine, a woman is walking. Her complexion is light and her cheeks are rosy, cooled by the winter winds. Under the brim of her hat, one can see her subtly enhanced eyes and her lips with powdery colours. She is beautiful and naturally elegant."  The “winter touch” by T. T. LeClerc Duo Yeux

A T. LeClerc pen is always full of color and staying power as I reviewed one from last year's collection. But this new pen is the essential duo for enhancing eyes in a blink. It combines two steps in one product: 1) on one side a powder eyeshadow to intensify and illuminate the eyes 2) on the other side an eyeliner to delicately shape the eye. All complementary shades are elegant.

Now the eyeliner  may seem inconsistent when wet but wait for a few seconds.

And you can see the matte finish it gives.

Now what only worries me about this product is how the eyeshadow pen deliver its highly pigmented content.

Because it stains so much and when you use this applicator, it will transfer products to your eyes, everywhere!

But the shadow is so good that I will take my time to use a different applicator to transfer the product onto my eyes.

It lasts and it gives good color payoff upon first application.

As for the liner, note also that even if you do 2 coats of it and it won't cake!

But despite how pigment and staying the product is, it can be easily removed. I don't like when the liner stains my eyes.

T.LeClerc CC Creme

In its metal case, the legendary T. LeClerc powder (the photo below is from the Chapter 1), this winter, the brand took extra care in designing the decor for the powder, which is imprinted with the iconic Eiffel Tower and a shower of delicate snowflakes. There is the ever-present “Art Deco” frieze, the emblem of the brand, accompanied by the signature of this unique collection, “Paris l’Hiver by T. LeClerc”. I can say that the powder is very much similar to last year and that is good as well.
